Baking Instructions:
1. Thaw product in refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Place Fish Nuggets on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
5. Bake for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side).
Air-Fryer Instructions:
1. Thaw product in refrigerator.
2. Heat air fryer to 375°F.
3. Place nuggets in single layer.
Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway.
